Asparagus Tart

It’s very sad when a post has been sitting in the drafts for a year, and it’s basically ready to go.

We had this last Easter, it was very pretty (we like prettiness), easy to make, and most importantly, delish!
It’s Ash Wednesday, which means Easter is right around the corner and I’ll be making this again!

Asparagus Torte

Roll puff pastry to 16″x8″ or what will work for your asparagus.

Pre bake puff pastry, according to instructions on box, to golden brown.

Top with shredded Grueyer cheese

Top with peeled Asparagus

Bake another 20 minutes, or until asparagus is just tender.

Cut with pizza cutter

    Ohhhh my, this just sounds wonderfully decadent! And it is pretty!!!! Can hardly wait for Asparagus season! Thank you it is definitely worth the wait.
