Another excellent soup, that’s incredibly quick to put together, and absolutely loved by all!

Tortilla Soup
Place in large saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes:
2 Cups Corn frozen or canned
3 Cups Diced Cooked Chicken
3 Cups Canned Enchilada Sauce
1 Cup Roasted Salsa -make it a good one!
4 Cups Chicken Broth
2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Granulated Garlic

Add:
4 Corn Tortillas cut into strips
and heat for another 2-3 minutes.

Serve in bowls, sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese and Cilantro.

    That’s one of my favorite soups! Love how simple and comforting this soup is! Hope you had a great weekend in our chilly weather!
