Raspberry Ginger Mint Martini

Rasp Martini 2

~ Katy ~

Mmmmmmmmartini! So many concoctions, so much fun! This was a fun
drink to taste-test and get just right. It’s very strong if you don’t
let it sit in the ice chips for a while. Even then, it packs a punch.
We like that in a martini. If you want to make it with a bit less
bite, reduce the vodka content and increase the simple syrup or serve
it on the rocks with soda or tonic. It’s very refreshing and
delicious.

Raspberry Ginger Mint Martini

Shaker 3/4 full of crushed ice
2 parts raspberry flavored vodka
1 part simple syrup
Fresh ginger (cubed)
Fresh mint

Muddle the ginger and mint with a small amount of simple syrup. Put
all ingredients in a shaker, shake then let sit for 10 minutes or so.
Pour, garnish, serve. If you’d like to serve these as people arrive,
you can make a very large batch about 30 minutes ahead of time and
store it in the refrigerator.
