Garlic Mustard077

~ Mary~

I guess it’s getting towards the end of the summer and I need to get all my grilling in before the weather turns.  This recipe also works well with chicken, if you’re so inclined.

Garlic-Mustard Glazed Pork Chops

Marinade 1-3 hours in large zip top bag:
6 each Center Cut Pork Chops
¼ Cup Whole Grain Mustard
2 Tbsp Grey Poupon
¼ Cup Fresh Minced Garlic
2 Tbsp White Vinegar
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Honey
1 tsp Rosemary
2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Pepper Blend
Seal, massage and set aside.
Pull out chops and heat marinade in saucepan until 165°.
Broil or grill pork over medium high heat until 145°.
Top with marinade and serve with Cheesy Grits

I love all things mustard – yum! So much so that my husband even took me to the mustard museum in Mt. Horeb, Wisconsin!

I’ll definitely give this one a try – thanks for the recipe Mary!
