Caesar Burger

The best thing about this burger is the dressing. You don’t have to make the burger to have this dressing. Make. It. Now. Have it with Romaine or alone on crusty bread, or mixed in with your scrambled eggs, or wherever you might use, say, butter… in a savory way. You can thank me later.

If you want the burger here’s what I used:
2 Lbs Ground Chuck
1/2 Cup Chopped Flat Leaf Parsley
3 Garlic Cloves minced
Salt
Lemon Pepper
Mix and make into 4-6 patties. Grill to your liking.
Serve on slices of grilled and garlic oiled Crusty French Bread
Top with Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
Sliced Romaine Lettuce

Caesar Dressing!

In a food processor combine and blend until thick:
3 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
3 Egg Yolks
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt

Pour in slowly while processor is on:
1/4 Cup Peanut Oil
3/4 – 1 Cup Olive Oil
Once oils are incorporated add and stir on low or preferably with a whisk:
2-3 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice or more to taste
1/2 Cup Fresh Grated Parmesan

    This burger sounds great–especially paired with Caesar dressing. There’s just nothing better! Yum!

    Look great. I am sure it is very tasty. I cannot decide which of your burgers I like the most. I love the idea of the choucroute one.
