Choucroute Burger
~ Mary ~
.
Choucroute is French for Sauerkraut, sounds much better than Sauerkraut Burger doesn’t it?! I had my doubts about this burger going into it, and guess what? When all is said and done, it ranks right up there as one of, if not thee, BEST damn burger I’ve ever made! And I don’t want to hear a word out of you about it being a patty melt. Sure it is, but it’s a burger too.
