Pulled Pork Sandwich

May 23, 2010

~ Frank ~

No summer is complete without smoking a big hunk of pork butt, or fresh picnic ham, to make the delectable Pulled Pork Sandwich.  We’ll just let the photos speak for themselves.  If you want a recipe – I did a Steven Rachlian one last year. It comes complete with Rub, Mop, Cole Slaw and a Mustard Bbq Sauce.  Enjoy!

Great series of action photos 8) Curious about the sauce. It looks mustard-based and reminds me of how pulled pork is served in North Carolina. Mouthwatering!

Perhaps a friend of a friend of a friend has one. Spread the word you’re willing to cook and I’ll bet that six degrees of separation will work in spades;-)
