Thai Grilled Chicken Thighs

This was great! Not much more to say so I’ll let the kids speak: Emma, ‘Best chicken I’ve ever had.’ Gannon, ‘Just the perfect amount of smokey flavor.’
Combine in Ziploc bag:
12 Chicken Thighs
1/3 cup EACH chopped fresh: basil & cilantro
1 Tbsp EACH minced: ginger, garlic, chili pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp EACH: soy sauce, fish sauce, olive oil, brown sugar
Zip up, massage bag to mix up and marinate in refrigerator minimum of 1 hour up to two days
Grill – I used indirect grilling method with wood chips on low heat (250) for 1.5 hrs. Can be grilled normally, just won’t have that nice smokey flavor.
