Grilled Pizza
~ Mary ~
Just in time for the grilling season! It’s cold and rainy today, but I think this weekend we’re in for a treat. This is one of John’s favorites and it’s so simple.
You start out with frozen dinner rolls.
Thaw and meld two together, try to flatten them, then let them rise. Use olive oil when you flatten them so they are slippery.
After they have risen about an hour flatten again then head out to the grill.
Grill dough on one side then flip over, put on ingredients and let the cheese melt.
Serve immediatly.
This sucker is a little full.
Sometimes I just do the Mozzarella, tomato and basil on one little dough ball as an appetizer. Oh so tasty!
