Shrimp Scampi

This scrumptious dish is a butter and garlic lovers delight, and our favorite way to make shrimp. Serve over linguini and enjoy!
Shrimp Scampi
Bring 3 qts of water to a boil. Add:
1 Pound Linguini pasta
cook for 10 min. or until desired softness
While pasta is cooking – In a large skillet sauté:
1 Cup Diced Onion
1 Tbsp Garlic
¼ Cup Butter
sauté for 5-7min over med high heat.
Then add:
1 pound peeled and deveined Shrimp
2 Cups Small Diced Canned Tomatoes
½ Cup White Wine
cook until 145° or until shrimp turns pink
DO NOT OVER COOK.
Serve over linguini top with:
½ Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
6 Slices of Lemon
¼ Cup Fresh Chopped Parsley

We had the for New Year’s Eve supper. It was DELICIUS!! And, so EASY to make!! Loved it!!!
