Here’s a real zinger! We started a little too early – on a school night no less! We will NOT be making that mistake again any time soon – OUCH! Why would we do such a thing!? – well we had to get this recipe to you in time for New Years Eve - silly question – see – it’s ALL for YOU!
Also – you need to stay in and celebrate – there are too many crazy amateurs out there on New Years Eve! Be SAFE – STAY HOME!
Don’t get sticker shock from the price of each bottle of booze here and with the Pom Martini post. Keep in mind that a martini, at a bar, costs anywhere from $8-$12. This is a lot LESS expensive! and WAY more fun when you’re staying in and can have as many as you want – that is until you run dry.
Key Lime Martini
1 Shot Bacardi Limon
1 Shot Stoli Vanil
1/4 Shot Rose’s Lime – more or less depending on how sweet you like it.
Shake over ice (preferably in a martini shaker) and strain/pour in a frozen martini glass. Be sure to freeze your martini glass – it’s KEY to this tasty cocktail.
