Here’s the fifth entry in our weeks long burger posts.
~ John ~
As a child we had cookouts but my favorite burger came from the broilers at Burger King. A lot has changed since then. Living in Chicago, we discovered Kuma’s Burgers. We bring all that visit our fair city to Kuma’s. It is not for the faint of heart because you have to endure a tattoo’d wait staff, soft porn on the walls, eardrum busting heavy metal music and of course gourmet burgers that seem out of place.
By far this Italian Burger is my favorite burger. The unique blend of ground beef and Italian pork sausage gives it “personality”. Combining the tomato compote, some Dijon mustard, and provolone cheese round out this treat. A nice compliment to this burger is the Challah bun.
