Egg-Avo Salad

Here is the salad I made this weekend…not sure what to name it. This is one of my favorites. Just like this one I got the lettuce from our garden. I have been eating eggs with blue cheese since I was 1 yr old…I used to eat them with Papa when I was at his house.
Egg-Avo Salad
Bed of lettuce
1 egg per salad / quarted
1/4 avocado sliced
rings of onion – red would be better but we didn’t have any
crumbled blue cheese
and topped with blue cheese dressing
