Banana – Mango Delight

Tuedays and Fridays the fruit truck stops by the cabin here in Roatan and we buy fruit so I can make smoothies! Today I made Banana and Mango.
Other days I add pineapple and whatever the fruit truck brings. Twice a week it’s a surprise. Here’s the recipe:
Banana-Mango Delight
1/2 mango
1 banana
1/4 cup coconut cream (coco lopez NOT coconut milk!) or yogurt
about ½ cup milk
about 1 cup ice
Blend until thick and tasty
